2 bedroom house in Dumfries

My son is in the unenviable position of having been given formal notice to quit his current rental property as the elderly owner has decided to sell up, so he is looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom long-term rental either in Dumfries or within reasonable driving distance of Heathhall. He is a sensible, hard-working person, a non-smoker with no pets, in full-time employment and would look after any potential home.
