2 bedroom flat in Brighton

My partner and I are looking for a 2 bed garden flat to rent in Brighton or Hove with a private landlord. My current landlords circumstances have changed and can't rent the flat out anymore - so not moving for any other reason. We're polite, friendly and tidy people with well behaved lazy cats looking for a longer term let and we can provide a reference.
