Hi, I am looking to rent out my spare room in my 2 bed flat in Dalkeith. Your room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space and black-out curtains. If you have your own smart tv, perfect! There is no Ariel in the room. Shared Livingroom, Kitchen and Bathroom. However the shower and bath will only be used by you. (I have my own shower).
