Hi, my name is Charlie. I have a 4 bedroom house in Sturry, Canterbury and I’m looking to rent two rooms out to a single occupant. The two rooms and en-suite are on the top floor. The bedroom consists of a double bed, 2 bed side tables and built in wardrobe and then there is an en-suite shower, bath, sink and toilet.
