1 bedroom house in London

Please look at the photos. I will add a bit here but only extra stuff. The radiator in the bedrooms and elsewhere is smart. The boiler is new last year and is energy efficient. This cuts down on the bills. No smoking in the house or on the (wooden) roof terrace. Garden is just mainly grass. There is a concrete area behind that I have been using for over 15 years but I don’t own. The door into it is a fire door. I’ve never seen it opened.
