Zimmer in Manchester

I am moving out of my flat in Salford and looking for someone to take over the tenancy. It is a 3 bed flat shared with 2 other girls. The room is a double room with a shared bathroom with 1 of the other girls. Rent is £600pcm excluding bills, these are usually an additional £70 and the an extra £62 for council tax per month. It is a large flat with a balcony based in between Salford crescent and Salford central station. It would be a 6 month tenancy running until the 29th September. Please message if interested
