Hi guys, Looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP in an all girls 5 bed house in fallowfield. Rent is £115 a week excluding bills, bills are £20-£25 a week. The room is a great size, comes with a double bed, desk, mirror, built in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All MMU students, 2 film students and 2 physiotherapy.
