Zimmer in London

Hello, I’m leaving the UK so i’m looking for another female tenant to take my place from 30th march until 30th october in SE4 (zone 2), brockley (6 minutes walk to brockley overground station/windrush line). It's a 2 bedroom flat, with a sweet cat. The other tenant is a master student (goldsmiths university), woman, 32 years old, from Italy. Rent: £850/pm Bills: £87,35/pm Deposit: £980,76 If you are not a full time student: £104/pm of council tax (if you are a full time student, the council tax in exempt
