Private room for rent I am looking for a new housemate to join my lovely Brixton home, as my friend is moving out. Move in date February 25th. Rent is £1,200/month (deposit £1,200) plus bills. The flat is on the ground floor, but is accessible only by large steps to the front of the house. It is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat. 5 minutes to tube station.
