Hi all, A friend and I are looking for a flatmate in Balham/Wandsworth as our other flatmate is moving in with his GF. * £1050 per month + bills (£134 which includes a cleaner 2x per month) * Balham and Tooting Bec = 10 mins walk to tube * Double room * from beginning of March * We’re two private chefs (29 + 32 yo) who moved to London after 7-8 years working in ski resorts and other fun places.
