We've got a lovely 4 bed house share up in Wood Green/Bounds Green and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room for 3-6 months, with a chance to being able to go on the contract permanently. Ideally looking for a guy to keep the house even. No students, no couple and no pets! The Room: £675/month + ~£100 bills (a bargain for London these days).
