Private room for rent Hi there, Looking for someone who can take my room in Bounds Green (move in flexible: late January/February) The monthly rent is £580 and bills total around £140 per month which includes a fortnightly cleaner. We have a dish washer, shared lounge where we'll often be on weekday evenings - we have a good sized TV with a Roku and enjoy watching a Netflix.
