Room to rent on Liverpool docks - L3 Hello I’m a private landlord and I have a room to rent in a shared flat. There is one other tenant and is a 2 bedroom flat on the ground floor of Quebec quay. This is gated community with fob access. The other tenant is very pleasant and keeps the flat in really good order. The current tenant is 27 and is working most of the time.
