Hello, myself and my flatmate are moving out of this lovely flat with two rooms available from 14th February. The location is great: about a 15min cycle to Princes St, right next to King's Buildings and Blackford Hill, and well connected by bus. The larger room (£580 pcm) is very spacious and has excellent views from its bay window. The smaller room (£480 pcm) has enough space to comfortably fit a double bed and desk.
