!st January all bill included. Room in the Newtown, just off Dundas street city centre. Extremely central with some amazing views out the west facing windows. 5 min walk from Princess St, George St, Leith etc. Everything in the city centre is walking distance. Trams right very close by, and easy access to busses taking you anywhere. You would be sharing with two young professionals. (One male, one female) We both pretty much do our own thing.
