Zimmer in East London

Hi all, I am looking for a flatmate to move into my top floor flat in Bethnal Green. The room comes with its own small outdoor area and the location is honestly the best I have lived in while in London. It is close to everything (nice shops, restaurants cafes and bars, big tesco 4 minutes away, 7 minutes from bethnal green tube) but still feels quiet and calm. There are 2 bedrooms and a smaller room which i'd like to keep as a spare room/study. Currently i'm living in the smaller room and using the study to WFH, so £1200 would be the price...
