Looking for a **student **to fill my room in a 4-bed house near the centre of Penryn (2-minute walk from the high street) from the start of **April until the end of July**. The room comes with a parking space, shared garden, and shared kitchen. The other 3 tenants (2m, 1f) are lovely, all 2nd-year students at Falmouth University.
