Hey! I'm sadly moving out to go travelling, so my room in Tooting Bec will be available from 31 January (this is slightly flexible); rent is £750 per month + bills. The house is lovely and spacious - we have a big, bright and airy lounge area, a separate study area/dining room, a kitchen, plenty of workspace, and a garden with a bbq, which is great in summer.
