Hi everyone I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely Clapham Old Town flat from March 1st. Rent is £900 per month and bills are under £100 per month. There is also a £992.20 deposit. The contract is until 31 October 2026, with the option to extend or swap out early. You’ll be living with four flatmates – 2 guys and 2 girls, aged 25–26.
