Double room going in our Balham house share SW12 Looking for someone to take over my room in the flat from 13.02.26 (can be slightly earlier if need!) as I am moving in with family. The person taking over will sign a new contract with remaining tenants from 13.02.26-13.10.26 with the opportunity to sign on then for another year if keen!
