Zimmer in Bristol

Hello there, we are a group of 3 people (one couple and a friend of us) and we are looking for one female tenant to join our house. It's a double furnished room located in Filton, close to Southmead hospital and close to bus stops for to the centre. It's a 4 bedroom house with garden. We are looking for a clean and responsible tenant, we rent the whole property. No party people. All references to be done through agency and we expect rent and bills in total will be £500-£550.
