Hello hello, I'm looking for a new tenant for a 3 bedroom flat in Hove, close to Palmeira Square. The room is available from 19th of March to the end of October (can be a bit flexible with dates). Central location, a minute away from the bus stop, and less than 5 minutes away from the beach. The room is very spacious (and not in the way some agencies will call a shoebox "a spacious double bed").
