Zimmer in Brighton

Hi all. I’m looking to find someone to replace my tenancy in a lovely 4 bed house on Albion hill near budgens. Rent is £525 a month plus bills. WiFi and water included so only need to pay for gas and electricity. 3 guys currently living there but one is on placement so it’s a quiet place in a nice area. Room is available end of February and contract is until the 1st of September 2026. I’m only moving out as I’ve gotten a new job and having to relocate. Please message for more details. Cheers
