first month free I’m looking for someone to take over a tenancy for a double room in a shared house on Dewe Road. The rent is £759 a month all bills included nice outdoor space and on road parking. it’s a shared house with 2 other male students, studying economics and a fairly quiet household. Its for a family member so I will try to answer questions as best I can
