Hi, I have a large double room to let in Brighton city centre on St James street for £600 pcm (incl water, WiFi and council tax). It takes 2 minutes to Brighton seafront and right opposite the Morrison supermarket. I'm looking for someone clean, quiet and friendly to be my tenant. Single occupancy only.
