Hi I have x2 apartments; one is 2 bedroom 1,100 pcm rent with en suites, the otheer is a 3 bedroomed apartment with one bathroom. Ideally I'd like to rent them as whole properties. The apartments have balconies, are recently renovated and are furnished and bills come to about 400pcm for each apartment (Council Tax, Electric and Broadband) not included in the price.
