It is in a good address and friendly neighbourhood. The people living in are friendly and decent. The room is clean and has lots of storage. It has a small double bed but only for single occupancy. There's lounge, breakfast bar and own fridge freezer. There's garden for sunbathing and lots of parking space on the road. Not very far from Asda and Shoebury Station. No smoker, no pet and must have a job. We just want someone who can fit in in a good harmonious household. WiFi and bills included.
