1-Zimmer-Haus in London

Hi guys! I’m looking to find 3 ppl to replace my flatmates that are going to be moving out in June! It’s a massive house in South East, literally a couple mins walk from Honour Oak station. There’s a garden and two bathrooms. Huge communal space! A bit about myself I am 26 and work as a pharmacist. I enjoy coming home to friendly faces but also respects individual spaces! There are 3 rooms and rent will be £835-£855 depending on which room you choose! Bills come up to around £100 Dm me if you’re interested!
