Room in Brighton

Looking for a new housemate for 26/27 academic year. We’re 3 girls aged 23-24 and all studying at Sussex/Brighton. We like to go out together to pubs etc as well as staying in and watching TV. The house is £658 a month + bills (about £90 at the moment) & located near Elm Grove, about a 15 min walk from the centre & 20 min on bus to Falmer. The room available is a double.
