It’s a 2 bedroom house in a lovely area (NE2 3NT), rent is £130 per week excluding bills, and it’s a 2 minute walk from the metro. Tenancy starts 1st August 2026. I’m a 3rd year student out on placement at the moment and most of my friends are graduating this year, so I’m looking for another girl to live with. I’m friendly, sociable and tidy.
