We have a double room (for single occupancy) coming available in our beautiful warehouse space in Fish Island (Hackney Wick) available from August 1st. The room is a large double, but has NO windows. The room is nice and cool in the summer, cosy and warm in the winter, and connects onto our beautiful bright common space, which has three story high ceilings. Rent is 740 per month all-inclusive and covers all bills, taxes, wifi, weekly cleaner, and a kitty for shared purchases of toilet paper, cooking oil, cleaning supplies, etc. EVERYTHING...

Termination
You can terminate your membership at your convenience. Your fixed payments will then end immediately, and you can of course use the remaining time of your PlusPackage you have paid for.Your user account and the associated services are strictly personal. By your payment, you accept that Spotrental may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices

When you click on purchase and complete the payment process, you also indicate that Spotrental may withdraw the agreed amount on an ongoing basis according to the the selected subscription. The selected subscription is automatically renewed until you unsubscribe from via My PageRight of withdrawal
