Room in 2 bed flat! I need someone to take over my room in Tooting Bec Common! Available from February 2026 for at least 6 months! This two bed flat is just minutes away from Tooting Bec Common and the Tooting Bec Lido. Very well located between Tooting Bec Station and Streatham Station, with Aldi, M&S and a big Tesco not too far away £800 pcm (including bills!) The existing flatmate is a 34yo male musician who is out of the flat a lot working, is quiet and friendly. There's also a resident cat! Contact me if interested for any questions!
