Room in Clapham

Hey We have a room available from January in our lovely flat in Tooting Broadway, around a 7min walk from the station. Rent is £920 including most bills and a cleaner for the communal spaces twice a week. Gas and electricity we pay on top of the rent. You’ll be living with three other girls aged between 23-28 who have all lived together for the past year and get on well! We are looking for someone around a similar age, who is clean and friendly.
