£765pm Looking for someone to take my room, as I am moving in with my girlfriend. Current lease ends in June 2026 with potential to go onto the lease/extend the lease at that point. The flat is very well equipped and clean and in an ideal location in the northern and Victoria lines(5-10min walk to stockwell). The other housemates are lovely and are wanting someone who can maintain the relaxed vibe and clean spaces.
