Bathroom is shared with one other and kitchen is shared. The other tenants are all final year UWE students and lovely lovely people. Very easy to live with. Rent is paid quarterly in line with student finance. It comes to £600 a month. Bills are separate and you will be paid the sum up front by me to cover the costs till the end of the tenancy.
