Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to take over my lease on Salem Street in the North End on March 1st until at least September 1st, 2026. It’s a very large 2-bed/1-bath North End apartment with in unit laundry and dishwasher. Bedroom has 4 windows and is also very large and spacious! My current roommate is a 26y/o F who is clean, WFH, and likes to both go out and have fun and have time to herself. Looking for someone similar, and no pets please! $1400/month + utilities!
