Wanted a one bedroom property in Inverness city centre or no more than 4 miles max of city centre. I'm a mature long term private rent male scottish tenant who does not smoke,drink or take drugs very quiet living and respectful of others clean with no pets and always pay rent on time. Looking for ground floor property ideally with own entrance. No studio flats. I will be a long term rental occupant my max rent is £630pcm with no rent increase for the first two year doesn't need to be a contract just an agreement. Thank you.
