Hi everyone. I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a student house. I have a big double bedroom in the Mutley area for £125 a week, tenancy ends on August 17th. There are 5 other boys living in the house, my room is on the first floor, there are two bathrooms in the house and a big living room and kitchen. Only a 1 minute walk to the coop. The road is also very quiet with loads of parking. I have paid for a parking permit until September, but if you do take over the tenancy and have a car, I can transfer my permit to your car at...

Termination
You can terminate your membership at your convenience.
