Double room in Upton Park, 7 min to the station, £850 plus some bills, £40 fix council tax til March and electricity( aprox 30 pound per person). Two rooms in total in the house, bath and a backyard. There is a lovely cat, which sleeps majiority of the time as not a kitten anymore)
