Hi! My room will be available from the end of this month, £762.50 + bills. The room is unfurnished, it only includes a large wardrobe. It’s 2 minutes from Leyton station, on Westdown Road. The house has: 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility room, garden, basement, and 2 bathrooms — one full bathroom and one with just a toilet. You’ll be sharing with a couple and another guy; we’re usually working, so the house is very quiet and clean. Weekly cleaning rota.
