Zimmer in London

I am looking for a flatmate to rent out a double room in a spacious and airy two bed flat in Clapton, just a two minute walk from the canal. The contract would be until the start of August (with the option to resign) and isn’t a sublet so is subject to references etc. I am 35 and a teacher looking for someone like minded to share the space with. I keep the flat very clean and tidy and I am pretty quiet through the week, but love to socialise on a weekend.
