Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease running up until 12 August 2026 (with the option to stay on). I live in a 3 bed flat. There are two current tenants living in the flat - 1 female and 1 male. One a student and one working full time, both are out majority of the day. The flat is less than a 5min walk to Highgate Station (northern line) and has access to buses just down the street. It's a stone's throw away from highgate village, the woodland path to finsbury park and highgate woods. There are some lovely pubs and coffee shop...
