Hey! My existing lodger is planning to move back to Manchester and I am looking for someone to take their spacious double with its own private bathroom. Rent is £620 PCM which includes council tax, broadband and water bills only (gas and electric settled based on usage). The room comes furnished but I can be flexible with this to some degree.
