Zimmer in Edinburgh

Hello! My flatmate is moving to Dundee and so I have a room available in my flat starting from the beginning of March (ideally looking for someone to move in in the first week). The flat is a 2 bed in Peffermill with 2 bathrooms (so you get your own bathroom) and a balcony! It's not particularly walkable into town but the bus links are really good and there is a big Lidl 10 minutes walk away, as well as Cameron Toll 20 mins walk away. It is a 5th floor flat but there's a lift so I've literally never had to walk up the stairs (but obviously...
