Zimmer in Edinburgh

Flatmate wanted in EH4 My current flatmate is moving out end of January and therefore l'm looking for someone to take over her room (long-term). The room is available on 5th February (that's when the rent is due). However an earlier move in date might be possible. We currently pay £550 for the rent per person plus bils (including council taxt, electricity and internet it comes up to £695.44 per person).
