Cosy room available in 3 bed flat in Battersea/Clapham Junction from middle/end of Jan but can be flexible with dates before/after! It’s with a heavy heart that I am leaving this cosy, spacious Clapham flat after five years. I have absolutely LOVED living here but decided it’s time to leave and move in with my partner. Room is £780 plus approx £90 bills a month and the landlord has kept the rent very reasonable since we moved in in 2020 You’ll be living with 2 girls aged 28 & 24 who are both Paramedics.
