URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER 2025/2026 1 Student tenant needed ASAP - Wyeverne Road, Cathays Rent is £500pm, bills are £46pm. The contract runs through to July. It is a freshly renovated flat shared between 4 3rd year students (2 female / 2 male). It's just a 5/10 min walk to Lidl and to the SU. And about a 10/15 min walk into the city centre.
