Hi all! We have a large double room (unfurnished) going in our friendly 6 bed house share which is located in Ashley Down. The house is currently all females so we are looking to keep it this way, our ideal person would be in the age range of 23-28, professionals only. All bills are included in the rent which is £765 pcm. Deposit is 1months rent, tenancy starts from the 1st of March. 6 month contract minimum.
