Moving out of my current place on lewes road, Brighton. Looking for a student to take over my contract ASAP. Tenancy contract ends 29th August 2026. Its a 5 bedroom house close to the university (moulsecoomb campus), rent is 719.40 a month bills included. Room is spacious with 4 people living in the house currently. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and two toilets. Pm for interest.
