Zimmer in Bournemouth

Hi, looking for someone to take over a Uni house tenancy ASAP (students only) in Winton in a 3 bedroom flat, biggest bedroom in the flat. Really spacious living room and big kitchen also. This would be £650 which includes £131 for all inclusive bills package (price can be negotiated, previous tenant willing to put money towards rent). Would be living with 2 boys.
